For one morning, we devoted ourselves entirely to colour.
Without goals, without expectations, without the need to stay “within the lines.”
In the workshop led by artist Fabrizio Sartori, klexography—a technique based on folding blots of colour to create symmetrical and unpredictable images—became a way to let go, experiment, and share emotions and perspectives.
After his experience at Rebibbia Women’s Prison, Fabrizio wanted to share a moment of pure creativity with us as well:
“At what point in our lives did we stop doing the things that made us feel good as children? Sometimes it’s enough to let colour fall onto a sheet of paper, without knowing what will emerge, to reconnect with an authentic part of ourselves.”
A reflection that resonates deeply with our daily work: because every now and then, stepping outside the lines can truly be a good thing.
