History of the foundation
Over time, the Foundation has created pathways for training, culture and labor inclusion, developing projects in collaboration with public institutions, third sector entities and academic realities.
Special attention has been paid to women's detention and contexts of greater fragility, to meet the needs of those who often have histories of violence and marginality behind them.
I would like to empty the sea with a spoon, but I know I cannot.
However, if we all took one, we might see some results.

Our commitment
We believe in a vision of justice that goes beyond punishment—one that acknowledges the potential to repair, to grow, and to contribute once again to the community.
Every day, we create pathways for social and professional reintegration, with a special focus on supporting women and young people in vulnerable circumstances.
Through training, art, culture, and dialogue with society, we work to reduce recidivism and foster a culture of second chances. We are convinced that law, knowledge, and human connection are vital tools for restoring dignity and hope to those who have made mistakes.
What we do and how we do it
DA RIVEDEREThe Foundation carries out concrete initiatives both inside and outside detention facilities to support people on their path toward autonomy and reintegration, with particular attention to women and the most vulnerable contexts.
We promote artistic, creative, manual, and sports workshops that encourage personal expression, self-confidence, and the discovery of new skills. Activities such as ceramics, restoration, tailoring, and movement become tools for connection and redemption.
We provide professional training, legal counselling and guidance services, health prevention projects—such as breast cancer screening campaigns in partnership with Komen Italia—and research and outreach initiatives in collaboration with LUISS Guido Carli University.
We also promote awareness-raising activities to engage businesses, institutions, and civil society in building a culture of second chances. We work in a network with universities, third-sector organizations, and companies, adopting a multidisciplinary approach that integrates training, culture, legal support, and a focus on well-being.
This commitment was recognized in 2024 with the “Be the Hope” Award from Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Italia, a testament to the value of work that puts dignity and the possibility of starting over at the center.
