The project

The project was created through the collaboration between the Severino Foundation, ManpowerGroup, the Human Age Institute Foundation, and Unindustria, with the goal of bringing incarcerated individuals closer to the world of work through guidance, preparation for their first professional contacts, and active job searching.

The first workshop was held at the Rebibbia Women’s Prison.

Location

Rebibbia Bg

Goals

The project aims to provide incarcerated women with a structured pathway that helps them develop skills essential for social and professional reintegration, while supporting their motivation and self-confidence. The initiative seeks to build concrete connections with companies and the local community, promote a culture of second chances, and reduce the risk of recidivism through employment and training opportunities.
