Scaffolding erection and dismantling course
Several courses for scaffolding erection and dismantling workers were held at the New Rebibbia Men's Complex. A training opportunity designed to offer inmates useful skills in the construction industry and a certificate valid throughout the country.
Project
The course, carried out in collaboration with Hideea s.r.l., enabled several inmates to train as specialized scaffolding erection and dismantling operators, a professional figure in demand in many areas of construction.
Through structured, practice-oriented training, participants were able to learn the fundamental techniques for working safely on construction sites, familiarize themselves with current regulations and experience application activities directly expendable in the labor market.
At the end of the course, a nationally recognized certificate of professional qualification was issued, certifying the competence acquired and representing a first concrete step toward professional autonomy.
Objectives
The project aims to foster the social and labor reintegration of incarcerated persons by providing qualified, market-oriented technical training. The goal is twofold: on the one hand, to equip participants with useful tools for future employment in the construction industry; on the other hand, to enhance the time in detention as an opportunity for learning, growth and personal reconstruction.
