Collaboratrice
Francesca Vannetiello has been collaborating with the Severino Foundation since January 2025, where she supports project design, research, and the development of initiatives focused on juvenile justice and reintegration pathways.
She holds a Law degree from Luiss Guido Carli University, with a thesis on the criminal responsibility of minors. She completed an internship at the Department for Juvenile and Community Justice of the Ministry of Justice and worked alongside the management of the Juvenile Penitentiary of Casal del Marmo on a research project analyzing the impact of the so-called Decreto Caivano.
During her university years, she volunteered with the Community of Sant’Egidio, the Antigone Association, and the Severino Foundation itself, gaining experience in contexts of social vulnerability and human rights protection.
She is currently attending a Master’s program in Parliament and Public Policy at Luiss and undertaking an internship at the Legislative Office of the Ministry of Education, where she contributes to legislative drafting.
Committed to continuous learning, she has also attended the Summer School on the Rights of the Child at the University of Geneva. Combining legal expertise with an educational sensitivity, she contributes with dedication to the Foundation’s initiatives for young people and minors in vulnerable situations.
