Giulia Fea
Head of communications and outreach
Giulia Fea is Head of communications and external relations at the Severino Foundation.
Giulia coordinates the Foundation’s strategic communication activities and manages external relations, developing communication strategies, digital campaigns, and cultural projects that share the Foundation’s mission and engage people with issues of justice and inclusion.
A professional with solid experience in non-profit communications, she has worked across diverse projects in the third sector and publishing, managing content, communication, storytelling, and event organization.
Alongside her communication work, Giulia also leads ceramics labs at the Rebibbia Women’s Prison, where art becomes a tool for self-expression, listening, and personal redemption.
She graduated with honors in Humanities and pursued an international study path. She combines creativity, an empathetic approach, and strong organizational skills to help turn ideas and projects into tangible tools for social change.
