The fundraising initiative is dedicated to the reopening of the theatre at the Istituto Penale per i Minorenni of Nisida, a symbolic and historic space intended to once again host theatre-based, educational and cultural activities for the young people held at the institute.

The project is made possible thanks to the contribution of the Galleria Federico Vavassori and the generosity of numerous artists, who have supported the initiative through the donation of their works.

The fundraising campaign was publicly presented during a press conference held inside the institute, providing an opportunity for dialogue among institutions, the cultural sector and civil society on the role of theatre as an educational and formative tool within the juvenile justice system.

The event is part of the Foundation’s broader commitment to supporting cultural projects in contexts of greater fragility, promoting access to culture as a right and as a concrete opportunity for personal growth.
