The Protocol stems from the Severino Foundation's desire to activate effective tools for the vocational reintegration of disadvantaged individuals, enhancing their personal skills and creating a stable bridge between prison and the labor market.

In this multi-level agreement, the Severino Foundation is responsible for providing its expertise in prison labor, tax and social security benefits for businesses, and carefully selecting the most suitable candidates for specific employment paths.

Manpower, as an employment agency, is committed to identifying open positions consistent with the selected profiles, building a matching system between supply and demand that takes into account the stories, potential and needs of individuals.

To strengthen the network, the Human Age Institute Foundation has the task of disseminating values, experiences and good practices to companies, entities and stakeholders, encouraging an increasingly broad and conscious involvement of the productive fabric and civil society.

The goal is to create a replicable model of job placement, based on collaboration between public, private and third sector entities, capable of restoring concrete opportunities to those who have served a sentence or are facing a prison or alternative pathway.

The challenge is to build a national chain that recognizes the value of training and responsibility, reduces recidivism and transforms work into a real tool for rebirth and autonomy.
